Immigration Attorneys Experienced in Representation at the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
A second look at decisions that went against you.
OVERVIEW
The Board of Immigration Appeals is the highest administrative body that interprets immigration law. It reviews decisions by immigration judges and certain decisions by USCIS. Most appeals are decided on the written record, without a hearing.
Deadlines are strict. An appeal of an immigration judge’s decision is generally due within 30 days, and you often get only one chance. Winning requires precise filings and a well-argued brief. We review the record, identify the errors, and write the brief.
HOW WE HELP
— Appeals of immigration judge decisions
— Appeals of certain USCIS denials, such as family petitions
