Professor Jinkang Gao

PRC Attorney

Professor Jinkang Gao is a PRC Attorney at Ginkgo Bridge Law, admitted to practice law in the People's Republic of China, and serves as Dean of the School of Law at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. With decades of distinguished service in both academia and legal practice, he is one of China's foremost authorities in economic law, commercial law, and legal economics, and he has shaped legal education and research through his leadership, teaching, and publications.

Professor Gao's expertise is widely recognized in the academic and legal communities, as reflected in his inclusion in the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents Support Program and his receipt of numerous honors, including the Sichuan Province Outstanding Young and Middle-Aged Jurist award. His deep involvement in government legal advisory work and educational initiatives places him at the forefront of China's legal landscape.
