Removal Defense

Defending you in immigration court when deportation is on the line.

OVERVIEW

DISCUSS YOUR CASE

Speak with an immigration attorney

Removal proceedings usually begin after contact with ICE, CBP, or USCIS, when the government issues a Notice to Appear listing its reasons for removal. If no hearing date is on the notice, the court will mail one, so keep your address current.

A removal case is not the end of the road. Many people qualify for relief that lets them stay. We review your full history, including any prior orders, and build the strongest defense available.
