IMMIGRATION SERVICES
Victims of Trafficking (T Visa) or Crime (U Visa)
Protection and a path forward for survivors.
OVERVIEW
The T visa protects survivors of sex or labor trafficking who are in the United States because of that trafficking. The U visa protects victims of serious crimes, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, or kidnapping, who suffered substantial harm and have helped or are willing to help law enforcement.
Both visas provide four years of lawful status and work authorization, and both can lead to a green card. Certain family members may also qualify. We handle these cases with care and discretion, from gathering evidence to requesting law enforcement certification.
