Xiaoliang Guo brings a multidisciplinary background in automation engineering, information communication, and law to complex corporate and criminal matters. His practice spans corporate structuring, equity transactions, and high-stakes criminal litigation. As Managing Partner of Shenji Law Firm, Xiaoliang leads the firm's strategic legal matters and advises domestic and international clients on sophisticated legal issues.

Litigation

  • Sichuan v. Lianqiang Xie (2022): Represented the defendant in a high-profile fraud case involving more than RMB 300 million, securing a reduced sentence and avoiding a potential life sentence. The case drew national media attention and was featured in judicial reports.
  • The '3.30' Major Loan Fraud Case, Meishan City (2021): Served as defense counsel.
  • Rong Xiang v. Li Jun (2018): Represented the plaintiff in highly contentious fault-based divorce litigation, securing 63% of the marital property for the client.
  • Wang Ping v. Liu Jie (2016): Represented the plaintiff in a defamation action, proving that the defendant's baseless rumors caused reputational harm and the loss of business contracts, and obtaining a favorable damages award.

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Advised Chengdu Urban Investment Land Development Co., Ltd. on its equity acquisition of Nanchong Dingneng Xingshengda Land Development Co., Ltd.

Advisory and Comprehensive Representation

• Advised First Capital Consulting, a Virginia-based consulting firm, on EB-5 investment-related transactions, providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and investment structures and addressing investor inquiries regarding the U.S. immigration process and the broader investment landscape.
